DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design scalable data models and pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, and Python. You will enable analytics and partner data solutions with Kafka and real-time data integration.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with product and analysts, and apply AI-first practices within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality data solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and end-to-end data pipelines.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Kafka, Confluent, CDC, and Snowflake.
• Mentoring teammates and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data processes and models using Snowflake and Python.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines and near real-time integrations.
• Optimize performance, data quality, and CI/CD workflows.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product leadership and analysts.
