Job summary

Dialogue is seeking a Senior Data Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain a scalable data platform. You’ll define engineering best practices across ingestion, transformation, and consumption, enabling power users to create data products and accelerate insights.

You’ll partner with product, sales, ops, finance to onboard users to a self-serve model, own Snowflake deployment, and drive CI/CD and data governance with Terraform, Airflow, and dbt.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production data systems.
• Strong data warehouse modelling and semantic layer development skills.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and dbt.
• Experience with Airflow for workflow management.
• Experience with Terraform for cloud resources and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ingestion frameworks for batch and streaming data.
• Define and enforce data modelling standards and semantic layer development.
• Embed data validation and observability into pipelines.
