Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking an on-site Data Center Services Operations professional to manage 24/7/365 data center activities across multiple service lines. You will lead hardware maintenance, network configurations, and incident resolution while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safety, security, and compliance within SOPs and MOPs.

You will coordinate with vendors, validate client configurations, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and incident management.
• Ability to guide less experienced technicians and enforce SOPs/MOPs.
• Familiarity with network configurations and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee break/fix and hardware maintenance in data center operations.
• Guide technicians on power distribution and replacement hardware.
• Instruct on network configuration, validation, and client sign-off.
• Monitor tickets, mentor staff, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance during on-site work.
• Lead continuous improvement and collaboration with vendors.
