The candidate will train in advance fix techniques, serve as a liaison across technical and non-technical teams, and address resiliency and availability risks.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in client-facing, data center or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in client-facing, data center or related field.
• Associate Degree in CS/IT/Data Center Ops or related field with 3+ years in client-facing, data center or related field.

• Identify opportunities to replace or upgrade server components.
• Validate cabling and ensure network environment connectivity.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environment; mentor staff or implement solutions.
• Train on fix/repair techniques aligned with SOPs/MOPs for Data Center Change Control.
• Act as technical liaison to identify and resolve resiliency, reliability and availability risks.
