Job summary

GCON LLC is seeking a Superintendent with proven experience leading mission critical construction projects, including a ground-up data center in West Texas for a minimum two-year duration. You will be the onsite point person, overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and execution while guiding the project team and trade partners to success.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage preconstruction phases, logistics, and weekly planning, and communicate clearly with the client to uphold GCON's

Qualifications

7-10+ years of site management on ground-up commercial or mission-critical projects.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient with P6 to build project schedules; familiar with Procore and CMIC.

Responsibilities

Oversee building of complex, mission-critical projects.
Lead preconstruction, buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
Ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution on site.
Coordinate with Trade partners and client stakeholders.
Foster continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.
