GCON LLC is looking for an experienced Superintendent based in Phoenix, AZ, specializing in ground up commercial projects. In this role, you will oversee projects worth up to $100M, ensuring safety and implementing continuous improvement practices.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of site management experience and at least 5 years leading data center projects. GCON promotes a culture of caring and offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 7-10+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or data center projects.
• 5+ years’ experience leading and managing the build process for data center projects.
• Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee building of complex, ground up, commercial projects, upwards to $100M+.
• Contribute to the preconstruction phase, including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
• Prepare operational plans and collaborate with Business Development on sales pursuits.

Proficient with Procore/CMIC
