Job summary
GCON LLC is looking for an experienced Superintendent based in Phoenix, AZ, specializing in ground up commercial projects. In this role, you will oversee projects worth up to $100M, ensuring safety and implementing continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or data center projects.
- 5+ years’ experience leading and managing the build process for data center projects.
- Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee building of complex, ground up, commercial projects, upwards to $100M+.
- Contribute to the preconstruction phase, including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
- Prepare operational plans and collaborate with Business Development on sales pursuits.
