Job summary

T5 Data Centers in Texas is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide on-site coordination across all phases of data center construction. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure all work aligns with specifications, schedule, and budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of construction experience, with a preference for data center exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years Construction experience.
• 1+ years Data Center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Project).
• Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Perform quality control duties on-site.
• Ensure subcontractor is fully executing and complying with contracted scope.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate resolutions.
• Maintain daily written log of jobsite activities.
• May oversee Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites.
• Ensure all deficiencies identified are corrected.
• Walk units daily to monitor activities and plan ahead.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Complete punch lists and progress tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
