Job summary

The GOR Group, LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field execution across multiple data center projects in Dallas. This senior role oversees Project Superintendents, field teams, safety, quality, schedule, and client expectations, with emphasis on MEP integration and commissioning readiness.

You will drive field execution across phases, develop strategies for prefabrication and accelerated delivery, and mentor field staff to ensure high performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience in data center and mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading multiple large, complex data center projects simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of structural systems, building envelopes, and complex MEP systems.
• Extensive experience managing self-performed work.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• LEED Green Associate credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership across multiple concurrent data center projects, overseeing project superintendents and field teams.
• Drive execution through all construction phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Assess project health, identify execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with executives to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Lead coordination of electrical, cooling, generators, UPS, and other mission-critical systems with BIM coordination and field tech.
