Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Senior Project Superintendent to lead large-scale, multi-site data center construction projects, delivering world-class safety, uncompromising quality, and on-time performance in a highly demanding environment. You will set direction, lead field teams, and engage with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to align on scope, risk, and execution.

You will mentor and develop site leaders, optimize resource planning, supervise budgets, schedules and cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale construction.
• 5+ years as a superintendent.
• Experience with mission-critical data centers.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required within six months of hire.
• BICSI Technician and RCDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and audits.
• Oversee field ops across multiple sites.
• Develop and monitor Quality Control Programs.
• Manage subcontractors and material logistics.
• Review schedules and budgets.
• Mentor field leadership and staff.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Prepare field reports and forecasts.
