CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Site Due Diligence Design Engineer to lead technical evaluation of prospective data center sites. You will bridge Site Selection with Design & Engineering, assessing electrical, mechanical, and civil feasibility, reviewing proposals, and coordinating early design discussions with landlords and utilities.

The role requires strong judgment, multi-disciplinary interpretation, and frequent travel to sites.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in data center engineering or related fields.
• Experience in site selection, due diligence, and early-phase design/development.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear assessments.

Aufgaben

• Act as the initial technical evaluator for prospective data center sites across electrical, mechanical, architectural, civil, and IT/LV considerations.
• Review provider proposals, capacity offers, utility information, conceptual layouts, and as-built drawings for alignment with CoreWeave design principles.
• Coordinate design activities during early phases and interface with landlords, developers, and utilities.
• Prepare concise technical assessments and go/no-go recommendations for site advancement.
• Produce dashboards to track progress, risks, and milestones for active sites.
• Handover to Design Manager after lease execution or site acquisition.
