Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Lead Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue in large data centers within a 50‑mile radius of Tukwila, Kennewick, Spokane, or Wilsonville. You will own the technical sales lifecycle from opportunity to order, focusing on lifecycle services for installed electrical infrastructures to ensure uptime, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum five (5) years of field service, electrical industry sales and/or electrical engineering experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
No relocation benefit; must live within 50 miles of Tukwila, WA; Kennewick, WA; Spokane, WA or Wilsonville, OR.

Responsibilities

Own service sales strategy for existing data center campuses in live environments.
Identify and qualify Brownfield opportunities related to maintenance, emergency response, and modernization.
Proactively expand annual service agreements and multi-year service programs tied to uptime and risk reduction.
Act as the primary technical sales interface for data center operators and facilities teams.
Lead site walks, assessments and Brownfield discovery sessions while facilities remain energized.
Translate complex electrical conditions into clear, value-based service scopes aligned to customer needs.
