Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Lead Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue growth in large-scale data centers. The role leads technical and commercial engagement from opportunity definition to order capture, focusing on lifecycle services for installed electrical infrastructure.

Based near Tukwila, WA or within 50 miles, you will own service sales strategy, qualify Brownfield opportunities, develop proposals with TAS, coordinate with field teams, and ensure uptime, safety and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum five (5) years of field service, electrical industry sales and/or electrical engineering experience.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

Own service sales strategy for existing data center campuses operating in live environments.
Identify and qualify Brownfield opportunities related to preventive & predictive maintenance, emergency response and repairs.
Lead job walks, site assessments, and Brownfield discovery sessions while facilities remain energized.
Translate complex electrical conditions into clear, value-based service scopes.
Maintain accurate quoting activity in Salesforce and deliver monthly sales forecasts.
Develop and present customer proposals in collaboration with the TAS team.
Collaborate with Eaton Engineering Services and field teams to deliver executable solutions.
