Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc is hiring a Senior Data Center Security Installation Program Manager (Project Leader 2) to lead large-scale electronic security installations for federal, local, and commercial clients.

You will drive program-level efficiency, mentor PMs, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery across multiple sites. The role requires extensive experience with security systems, CPM scheduling, cost control, and coordination with subcontractors, customers, and general contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years designing, installing, integrating and testing electronic security systems.
• At least 10 years of leading nationwide security installation projects on government contracts.
• 10+ years with BS or 7+ years with MS in a technical field; electrical project experience $500k–$10M.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program-level responsibilities including continuous process improvement and staffing.
• Lead monthly gate checks for data center projects and support proposal development.
• Mentor new project managers on company processes and conduct site visits for QA.
• Manage project site managers, interface with customers, and coordinate with GC and subcontractors.
• Forecast cash flow, budgets, schedules, and manpower; ensure on-time completion and safety compliance.
