Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Security Installation Project Manager (Deputy Project Leader) to lead electronic security services for federal, local and commercial customers.

The role covers coordination of design, procurement, and field execution across high-growth markets with a focus on safety and schedule adherence. Qualified candidates will have a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in construction/electrical contracting, CPM scheduling experience, and strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (EE or related) with 5+ years of experience.
• Related Construction experience with five years for electrical/contractor work.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling and design techniques for technical plans.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills; capable problem owner/solver.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Blue Beam and PDF.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall financial management of the project(s).
• Responsible for on-time project completion and PKOM coordination.
• Forecasting cash flow and manpower for projects; material/equipment orders.
• Prepare price proposals and change orders; monthly budget reports.
