Cumming Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Scheduler to support project managers with detailed schedules and risk analysis across healthcare and education sectors. You will lead scheduling efforts, develop 4D/5D models, monitor milestones, and mentor Scheduler I & II team members.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or Engineering and 5–7 years of scheduling experience, with PSP/PMP or MRICS certifications preferred; compensation includes a strong salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5–7 years in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments, qualitative and quantitative.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling.
• Manage the development of critical monthly progress reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
• Overview clients’ schedules for as-planned schedule validation, labor productivity, critical path delay and acceleration.
