Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Dallas, TX to support project managers with robust scheduling, critical path analyses, and risk assessment across diverse healthcare and education projects. The role involves leading teams, coordinating with design and construction partners, and delivering monthly progress and forensic analyses.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in scheduling, experience with 4D/5D modeling, and certifications such as PSP or PMP.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer preferred.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate levels of detail.
• Develop, monitor, status and resolve negative impacts to schedule critical paths.
• Lead project managers, design and contractors on monthly project progress of work.
• Develop and maintain 4D, 5D modeling.
• Manage the development of detailed monthly progress reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
