Job summary

CXtec is seeking a highly motivated Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive new business, expand existing accounts and build long-term relationships with key decision makers in IT hardware and services.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of B2B IT network and data center hardware sales experience, a proven growth track record, and a self-starter mindset. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 with uncapped OTE between $200,000 and $350,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B IT network and data center hardware and services sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Sales Management or related field.
• Proven ability to grow customer base and sales volume.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing customers and new prospects.
• Manage sales orders and provide status in reports and forecasts.
• Grow sales within existing territory by expanding product depth.
• Forecast monthly margin opportunity pipeline.
• Use CRM system for accurate activity tracking.
• Attend sales and product trainings as required.
