Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Center Sales Engineer to guide the intersection of sales and delivery, translating MEP and facility design into clear customer terms and reliable proposals.

You will lead technical conversations across power, cooling, and electrical systems, support RFP responses, and help close capacity deals while aligning with delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mission-critical facility engineering, datacenter MEP, or similar sales engineering.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems for customer audiences.
• Experience responding to and winning complex RFPs.
• Experience selling large-scale datacenter capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource in the sales cycle for datacenter capacity.
• Present MEP systems, cooling architecture, electrical topology to customers.
• Join prospecting calls to assess technical fit and set expectations.
• Own the technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and build supporting designs.
• Coordinate with Design & Engineering and Sales to ensure feasible proposals.
