Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Center Controls to lead the standards for EPMS and BMS across our data center development and operations. You will set architecture, oversee SCADA/EPMS integration, and drive cybersecurity and reliability.

You will partner with electrical, mechanical, commissioning, IT/OT security teams and vendors to ensure design consistency, testability, and scalable automation as Keel grows across North America.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive controls or instrumentation engineering experience.
• Experience leading EPMS/BMS design on data center projects.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor staff; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own EPMS and BMS design standards across projects.
• Define controls architecture, cybersecurity and networking criteria.
• Lead evaluation and standardization of controls platforms and vendors.
• Oversee design reviews, commissioning, and energization of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in data center automation and alarm management.
• Collaborate with engineers, IT/security, and vendors to ensure testability.
