Job summary

Keel Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager, Data Center Sales Engineer to bridge sales and technical delivery for datacenter capacity. You will translate Keel's design standards into customer terms and guide technical conversations to close deals.

The ideal candidate has deep fluency across power, cooling, and electrical systems, and can translate evolving architectures to customer requirements while maintaining speed to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years in mission-critical facility engineering or datacenter sales engineering.
• Experience translating complex technical systems for customer audiences.
• Proven ability to win complex RFPs for large-scale datacenter capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource in the sales cycle, presenting Keel's MEP systems, cooling architecture, electrical topology, and facility design approach to prospective customers.
• Join customer prospecting calls with Sales to assess technical fit early and set realistic expectations.
• Join design calls with customer teams to walk through system specifications and resolve questions.
• Build confidence with customer resources by speaking credibly to system design, redundancy, and capacity delivery.
• Answer detailed technical questions on power density, cooling, and electrical distribution during meetings.
