Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Center Controls to lead EPMS/BMS design standards across data center projects, ensuring reliability and scalable automation. You will partner with electrical, mechanical, commissioning, IT/OT security, and integrators to drive design decisions from basis of design through energization, and mentor the controls engineering team.

This remote role offers a base salary up to $240,000 USD, annual bonus, and equity, with occasional travel to Keel

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible controls experience in data centers.
• Experience delivering EPMS/BMS design on hyperscale or colocations.
• Mentoring engineering staff and coordinating with integrators.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own EPMS/BMS standards and design docs.
• Lead controls architecture, security, and alarm management.
• Oversee project phases from feasibility to energization.
• Mentor team and manage external partners.
