Keel Infrastructure is a publicly traded energy and digital infrastructure company building data centers and power assets across North America. This Senior Manager, Data Center Controls role defines and advances our controls engineering standards for EPMS and BMS across new and existing projects.

You will partner with electrical, mechanical, commissioning, IT/OT security, and construction teams to drive design decisions from basis‑of‑design through energization, ensuring highly automated,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive controls or instrumentation engineering experience.
• Experience leading EPMS/BMS design on hyperscale data centers.
• Experience as a technical owner on large capital projects.
• Experience mentoring engineering staff and external systems integrators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own EPMS and BMS design standards for all controls systems.
• Define controls network architecture, cybersecurity posture, and metering requirements.
• Lead evaluation and standardization of controls platforms, PLCs, RTUs, sensors, and software.
• Provide controls engineering leadership across all project phases from feasibility to commissioning.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and commissioning coordination for controls.
• Present controls strategy and security posture to executives and investors.
