Job summary

MGAC is expanding its Critical Environments team and seeks a mid to senior Project Manager to lead data center and hospital projects from inception through close-out. Expect on-site engagement in Trenton, OH with 3–4 days onsite per week, depending on client needs.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in critical environment projects, MEP in ground-up construction, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Join a boutique, owner’s-rep style firm with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
