Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager for its Critical Environments team in Ashburn, VA. 4 days per week onsite, you will manage high visibility projects within data centers and hospitals, resolving conflicts and guiding informed decisions to keep projects on track.

You will lead scheduling, budgeting, and risk management while mentoring teams and maintaining strong client relationships. A strong construction background and MEP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s or Associate in a construction discipline.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope and budget.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure alignment with client vision as a trusted partner.
• Identify add-services opportunities.
