Job summary

MGAC is expanding its Critical Environments team in Fort Wayne, IN, seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to lead complex data center and hospital projects. This role requires 4-5 days onsite weekly to align with client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction PM, ME P experience in ground-up builds, and a bachelor's or an equivalent construction-related degree; strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success at MGAC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery.
• Maintain client alignment as a trusted partner.
• Ensure timely invoicing and identify add-services opportunities.
