Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, is seeking a Project Manager to lead critical environments projects in Indianapolis. You will own the full project scope, mentor teams, manage risks, and drive schedule and budget recovery while delivering high-visibility результатов.

We require 7+ years in construction PM and a background in data centers, labs, or hospitals. Onsite work 4–5 days/week; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success at MGAC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management with understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP project management in ground-up construction preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while supervising components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection; identify add-services opportunities.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors and teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments.
