• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years on critical environment projects (hospitals, data centers, labs).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full scope of projects and manage components of others.
• Mentor teams while overseeing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
• Identify add-services opportunities and ensure invoicing discipline.
