Job summary

MGAC in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Mid to Senior Construction Project Manager to lead Critical Environments projects, including data centers and hospitals. The role requires 3–4 days onsite and offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with knowledge of building design and construction.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious, PM-focused, and seeking a modern energetic firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead Critical Environments projects from start to finish, resolving issues and guiding decisions.
• Mentor teams and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Maintain client relationship as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate invoicing and identify add-services opportunities.
• Collaborate across clients, A&E pros, contractors, vendors, and teams.
