Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Project Manager to join our Critical Environments team in Fairfield, TX onsite. You will lead high-visibility construction projects from inception through closeout, focusing on data centers and hospitals, and act as owner’s representative to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction project management experience, a degree in a construction-related discipline, and 2+ years managing critical environment projects with MEP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope, including schedule, scope, and budget.
• Mentor and lead teams to successful project delivery.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery efforts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment with the client’s vision.
