Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Columbus seeks a Senior Data Center Project Manager to lead large-scale MEP infrastructure construction. Based onsite at the client's data center, you will coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver design through commissioning on time and within budget.

You will manage risk, lead design teams, provide executive updates, and ensure adherence to industry standards and the company delivery methodology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
Proficiency with Procore and construction PM tools required.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of data center construction projects from design through commissioning and handover.
Coordinate stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, commissioning agents, contractors, vendors, and supply chain partners.
Analyze critical path activities and milestones, developing mitigation plans to avoid delays.
Establish governance, controls, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide executive status reports, risk registers, and performance updates to clients and senior leadership.
Oversee multiple data center projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with standards and client specs.
