Turner Construction Company seeks a senior Project Manager for Critical Facilities-Data Centers. The role leads multiple projects, drives scheduling, budgeting and QA/QC while maintaining strong owner, architect and subcontractor relations.

Based on a Columbus context with a project in Austin, TX, this position emphasizes leadership, safety and contract oversight. You will guide high-performance teams, manage master schedules, and ensure timely pay applications, reporting, and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum ten years related experience or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes and schedules.
• Experience with BIM and Lean to benefit the project; strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance team through supervision, coaching and mentoring with regular performance feedback.
• Understand and administer Turner's contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Foster owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish and manage Master Project Schedule and its implementation.
• Oversee budget, financial reporting and adherence to project budget.
• Manage QA/QC program and field engineering processes.
• Drive safety protocols and enforce compliance on the project staff.
• Coordinate pay applications with Accounting and ensure timely payments.
• Provide progress updates to management through ORM meetings.
