Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from conception through commissioning and handover. You will manage cross-functional teams, control budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 8–10 years of PM experience in building systems. Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in building solutions (HVAC controls, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control).
• Skilled with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Visio) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project coordination, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as primary contact for subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor milestones, ensure documentation, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure alignment of resources with timelines and goals.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, risk management, and safety compliance.
