Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. This role leads multi-faceted construction efforts, managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

You will oversee project teams, liaise with owners and tenants, and ensure accurate administrative and reporting processes. The ideal candidate has extensive contractor PM experience and strong leadership, communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10–15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules, spending and project activity to ensure timely, quality completion.
• Prepare project reports and schedules per company guidelines.
• Lead weekly status meetings with owner, vendors, and subs.
• Disseminate project information to staff and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Review bids, qualify vendors/subcontractors, and manage procurement.
• Review invoices and manage change orders and client communications.
• Coordinate closeout documentation and ensure final payments to subs.
• Foster relationships with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
