Job summary

E Tech Group, a leading engineering and system integration firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large projects and cross-functional teams across Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals & Mining, and Warehousing industries. You will oversee design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years PM experience or 5+ years in project engineering, strong budgeting skills, contract management knowledge, and

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in PM principles, methods, and tools.
• PMI standards integrated into company culture and mentored to others.
• Proven leadership on difficult projects and situations.
• Experience with project budgets and fiscal accountability.
• Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – scope, schedule, cost estimates, PMO methodology and pricing.
• Manage Client Communication – ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
• Develop project schedule and labor/resource plan to meet objectives.
• Drive scope control and change orders; identify new scope opportunities.
• Develop and maintain cost budgets; forecast costs and avoid overruns.
• Lead project team and coordinate with Operations for resource assignment.
• Present project activity and financial updates to clients and executives.
• Adopt E TECH GROUP PMO methods and new enterprise tools.
