Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead large projects and/or multiple efforts within the Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and related sectors. You will oversee design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning, ensuring commercial and technical success from $50K to $3.0M+.

You will craft proposals, align client goals with project goals, and drive profitability while coordinating across Business Development, project teams, and management.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• 3 years of dedicated project management or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the culture.
• Experience managing contracts and/or subcontractors.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Manage client communication across project phases and teams.
• Develop project labor, procurement, and schedule plans.
• Maintain control of scope, cost budgets, and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and forecast completion to prevent overruns.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with Operations for resource allocation.
• Provide regular progress and financial updates to clients and executives.
