Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large projects and multi-project efforts in the Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals & Mining, and related industries. You will oversee design, procurement, implementation and commissioning, ensuring commercial, financial, and technical success from $50K to $3.0M+ across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Able to implement PMI-based standards into the company culture and mentor others.
• Proven leadership on complex projects and in stressful environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – scope, schedule, and cost estimates; prepare for handoff from Business Development.
• Manage Client Communication – coordinate between client, project team, BD and management at all phases; resolve scope/schedule/cost issues.
• Develop project labor and procurement plans to meet schedule and cash flow.
• Maintain firm control of scope and contract requirements; obtain Change Orders and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain cost budgets and reports; forecast costs and manage variance.
• Lead the project team; coordinate with Operations for resources and timely progress.
• Provide regular activity and financial updates to customers and executives.
