Job summary

E Tech Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-phase life sciences and manufacturing projects. You will drive design, procurement, implementation and commissioning while ensuring client goals and profitability.

You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risk across teams, coordinate with engineering, operations, and business development, and travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of control system project management experience.
• Deep understanding of life sciences, food/beverage, and consumer products industries.
• Experience with control system configuration and software development.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and project execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phase projects with design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates; ensure profitability and client goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Develop schedules, labor plans, procurement plans, and cash flow.
• Manage scope, change orders, and contract requirements.
• Mitigate risks and monitor cost budgets and earned value.
• Mentor project team and coordinate resources with operations.
