Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead large programs and multiple projects, coordinating design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning from $50K to $3.0M+. You will develop proposals, manage budgets, and ensure successful delivery aligned with client goals.

The role requires 3+ years PM experience (or 5+ years in project engineering), PMI-based practices, and strong leadership across dispersed teams. Excellent communication and contract management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficiency in project management principles, methods and tools; PMI standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development including scope, schedule, and cost estimates; prepare for handoff from Business Development.
• Manage client communication across project phases and resolve scope/schedule/cost issues.
• Develop project labor and procurement plans to meet schedules and cash-flow requirements.
• Maintain cost budgets, reports, and forecasts; monitor earned value and contingency.
• Lead the project team and coordinate resources with Operations to meet milestones under budget.
• Present routine project activity and financial updates to customers and management.
