Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Project Manager to steer major projects from design through commissioning. You will lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure alignment with client goals and profitability.

You will develop proposals, manage scope and costs, and communicate effectively with clients, from early pursuit through project execution, while applying E Tech Group PMO standards.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the company culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large project or multiple projects, including coordination with subcontractors.
• Manage client communication across all project phases and stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules, labor and procurement plans to meet milestones and cash flow.
• Maintain cost budgets, forecasts, and change control to avoid overruns.
• Lead project teams and communicate progress to clients and management.
