Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major projects and coordinate multi-discipline teams. You will manage design, procurement, implementation and commissioning phases, ensuring commercial and technical success from $50K to $3.0M+.

You will drive proposals, maintain client alignment with goals, and lead resources to exceed profitability while upholding PMO standards and best practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards into the company culture, and mentor others.
• Experience leading difficult projects, applications, and situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – scope, schedule, cost estimates, PM methodology, pricing and handoff.
• Manage Client Communication – coordinate between client, project team, Business Development and management.
• Develop project schedule and labor/resource plans to meet schedule and cash flow.
• Maintain cost budgets, reports, and forecasts; manage EAC and contingency.
• Lead the project team and communicate progress to client and stakeholders.
• Use E TECH GROUP PMO methods and participate in new PM tools implementation.
