Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead data center projects. The role sits primarily on site with travel to trainings and meetings, guiding direction, completion, and financial outcomes of complex construction efforts.

You will oversee safety, contract compliance, and team performance, while developing GMP/design-build submissions and coordinating with stakeholders. This is a high-responsibility leadership position within a Top-10 ENR contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12–18 years of construction management experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract compliance.
• Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers.
• Manage subcontracting strategy and buyout process integrity.
• Negotiate contracts and lead risk mitigation and settlements.
• Oversee schedule planning, risks, and multiple project execution.
• Build local market networks and align with sales and client plans.
