• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-15 years of experience
• Must have Data Center or Mission Critical experience

Responsibilities

• Develops the project safety plan and provides jobsite leadership
• Manages project controls, scheduling, and budgeting to meet contract requirements
• Leads subcontracting strategy and ensures buyout quality
• Oversees project estimate development and coordination reviews
• Drives project constructability reviews and ensures successful project closeout
