Responsibilities

• Owns overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract compliance.
• Verifies forecast, notice provisions and billings to meet contract requirements.
• Leads the project team and maintains positive working relationships with owners and subs.
• Develops and implements a project quality plan aligned with contract documents.
• Negotiates contracts and leads risk-mitigation and buyout activities at project level.
• Ensures alignment with insurance, bonds, and preconstruction deliverables.
