Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
12–18 years of experience or equivalent.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Owns overall accountability for jobsite safety and contract compliance.
Verifies project financial forecast, notices, and billings to meet contract requirements.
Leads a team to create a quality plan and a closeout plan aligned with contracts.
Drives subcontracting strategy and buyout process with risk mitigation.
Oversees multiple project schedules and mitigates risks to prevent delays.
Partners with business development to align sales and account plans.
