Job summary

Compu Dynamics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale data center projects, directing strategy, budgets and teams. You will mentor PMs, APMs and PEs while coordinating with senior stakeholders and customers to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management and estimating, plus a strong background in construction management. This full-time role requires on-site leadership and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in project management and estimating.
• Experience leading PMs, APMs and PEs in large-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and maintain relationships with senior contacts.
• Direct project communication strategy for major clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risks, and procurement across multiple projects.
• Mentor PMs and guide team leaders on communication and leadership.
• Ensure safety plans, JHAs and training are completed before work starts.
• Manage change orders and contract compliance across projects.
