Job summary

G&E Partners seeks an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale Data Center projects valued at $1B+. The role requires full ownership of cost, schedule, and quality with on-site leadership across a growing division.

The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with estimators and MEP specialists, and report to senior executives while traveling as needed across nationwide data centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction or similar.
• Experience leading projects valued at $150M+ (data center or mission-critical preferred).
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management.
• Deep understanding of MEP coordination, commissioning, and fast-track delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data center builds from preconstruction to close-out.
• Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Develop and manage master project schedules with superintendents and schedulers.
