Job summary

Project Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a strong electrical background to lead data center construction initiatives. This role directs field teams, manages critical MEP integration, and drives full project lifecycles from pre-construction to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data center infrastructure, deep electrical knowledge, and proven leadership in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience in data center infrastructure or large-scale facilities.
Deep knowledge of electrical principles, heavy power systems, estimating, purchasing, and scheduling.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day site operations, field engineering processes, and master schedules for mission-critical construction.
Manage technical execution with a heavy focus on electrical infrastructure, equipment procurement, and systems integration.
Oversee project budgets, cost control tracking, financial reporting, and subcontractor payment applications.
Act as trusted advisor to clients, design partners, subcontractors, and equipment vendors.
Enforce zero-harm safety protocols and QA/QC programs on site.
Supervise, mentor, and coach engineering and field staff to build a high-performance team.
