Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project administration, contract compliance, risk management, and team progress on complex construction programs.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, schedules, and pay applications using Oracle with Expedition, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record of profitable project closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline.
• 10+ years of experience for project size and scope.

Responsibilities

• Budget Updates: forecast Cost-to-Complete and track costs using SOPs.
• Change Order Management: manage PCOs and changes with timely owner updates.
• Project Close Out: develop close-out plans and ensure timely pay requisitions.
• Cash Management: maintain cash flow and review schedules of values.
• Meeting Management: establish regular project-team meetings and SOP adherence.
• Contract Logs: maintain logs across multiple disciplines and review for accuracy.
• Subcontractor Relationships: foster firm but fair relations and resolve issues.
• Exhibit B Purchasing Process: organize purchasing to meet buy schedules.
• Schedule Management: produce clear baseline schedules and monitor impacts.
• Owner Relationship: maintain transparent updates and proactive communication.
