Job summary

Suffolk Construction seeks a Project Executive to provide overall leadership for data center and mission-critical construction projects in the United States. The role focuses on owning budgets and profitability, owning owner contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction with a strong emphasis on MEP integration and risk management.

Responsibilities include defining budgets and schedules, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver complex solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years in large-scale construction management.
• Data center and/or heavy MEP system experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and client-relations skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from inception to closeout with accountability for budget, schedule, and profitability.
• Negotiate Owner contracts and maintain client satisfaction and project financials.
• Mentor and develop project staff while engaging owners, architects, and subs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and Suffolk profitability objectives.
• Drive business development and project acquisition activities as needed.
