Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Manager for Data Centers to lead complex projects from start to finish, coordinating budgets, schedules, and contract administration. You will manage risks, owner relations, and trade partner performance while ensuring quality and safety across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent business judgement and profitability focus.
• Excellent organizational skills with contractual knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project resources to meet schedule and budget.
• Represent Suffolk with Owner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build relationships with clients and project team members.
• Oversee project start-up, including budget setup, milestones, and safety plans.
• Maintain buy schedule, subcontracts, purchase orders, and insurance requirements.
• Attend and chair schedule and management meetings.
• Manage cash flow and issue resolution throughout the project.
• Oversee project closeout, training, warranties, and manuals.
